| It is
the mission of the Foothill Classics Car Club to promote and
encourage interest and participation in the hobby of hot rodding
and classic cars and to assist the youth and charitable
organizations of our community.
The Club was formed in
2003 and held its first cruise night in July that same year.
Foothill Classics offers monthly meetings, an annual car show ,
club runs, cruise-ins, cruise nights, classes, picnics, barbeques,
an annual dinner party and
lots of
camaraderie.
Foothill Little
League
Foothill Classics
has sponsored a local little league baseball team, the Storm,
since 2005. It plans to sponsor the Hot Rods this coming season.
Scholarship Granted
The Foothill Classics Car Club
awards an annual scholarship to a graduating senior who is pursuing a
career in the automotive industry. The 2011 recipient is
Brandon, who is graduating from Calaveras High School.

wish him much success.
